Mack Family ALT

Your new favorite ALT. ALT?? Avocado Lettuce Tomato sandwich obviously. We just took out the fried bacon and its associated saturated fat and added some monounsaturated fats.

2 slices of sprouted whole grain bread

½ avocado

1 slice of large tomato

1 pieces of lettuce or leafy green

sprinkle of garlic

sprinkle of cayenne

spritz of Braggs amino acids

  1. Scoop ripe avocado onto one slice of bread then mash it so that it is a creamy paste and covers the whole slice of bread.

  2. Sprinkle garlic and cayenne to taste. Then spray the unused slice of bread with Braggs. I like to put a lot of seasoning on my sandwich, flavor!

  3. Lay the slice of tomato on the slice of bread with avocado and fold the leaf of green vegetable so that it fits on the bread.

  4. Place second slice of bread on top and enjoy!

I love this recipe because it is so simple and filled with so much good fat! This is amazing during tomato season with large heirloom tomatoes. The last sandwich I made had swiss chard instead of lettuce. The darker the green the more nutritents.
